| Mr. Azcarraga is the chairman and CEO of Televisa, the largest media company in
Latin America. With interests in television, radio, and publishing, Televisa is Mexico’s
number-one television broadcaster and holds a majority stake in cable joint venture
Cablevision. Its publishing unit, Editorial Televisa, is the leading producer of Spanish-
language magazines. Azcarraga is also a Univision shareholder; Televisa provides
most of that network’s content. |

news and international affairs publication in the world. A frequent broadcaster and
author of several best-selling books about Japan, Emmott is also a member of the
Trilateral Commission, an organization geared toward cooperation among Europe,
